Summer Imperial City of the royal family
70km away from Rio, Petropolis has a totally different atmosphere and architecture from Rio. The city was founded by D. Peter II to host the summer imperial palace of the portguese royal family.

90km away from Rio, the city of Teresopolis has one of the entrances to Serra dos Orgaos National Park, which is divided into 3 zones: Teresopolis, Guapimirim and Petropolis. In this tour, we are going to visit the first 2 ones. Take water and some snacks.
* This tour involves some hiking, make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
* Not recommended for those with severe back/knee problems.

- Poço Verde (pit bath).
- Poço da Capela (pit bath).
- Finger of God viewpoint.
