I will send you a Traveler Profile Questionnaire once I receive your travel planning request payment. With this form filled out, I will be able to understand your preferences and budget.
How long it will take to get my itinerary?
I will send you the preliminary itinerary in 7 days once I receive all the information I need by the Traveler Profile Questionnaire.
Can I modify the itinerary?
Yes. You will review the preliminary itinerary and share your initial thoughts on what I propose. This preliminary itinerary can be modified, free of charge, for up to 2 times.
Bookings and reservations: how are they made?
For bookings that require advanced payment, like Flight Tickets and Hotels, I will send you a Stripe link payment with the total amount, and I will book them via my credit card (with no additional fee) – I will never ask for traveler's credit card information.

For bookings that don’t require advanced payment, I will book them and you will pay when using the third party service.
What if any third party service gets canceled?
I will notify you as soon as I am informed of the cancellation, and you will be refunded by the provider.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your trip after the planning service is done, no refund is made.​​​​​​​
